Phoenix - Late Fees and Cancellation Information

Haven’t registered for the Phoenix Conference? Remember that the registration price will increase after June 18, 2023 (11:59 p.m. MST), and meal tickets will no longer be available after July 3, 2023 (11:59 p.m. MST). Group rates for rooms are only guaranteed through June 19th.  Registering early saves you money, gives the conference planners a more realistic count of how many members will attend, and helps the hotel order the food needed to prepare meals.

Register and plan to be at the Phoenix Conference on July 18-22, 2023.

Need to cancel? Conference planners realize that things happen, and you may have to cancel your registration. All cancellation requests must be in writing. Email your cancellation request to bills@dkg.org  with an electronic date stamp by 11:59 p.m. MST on July 3, 2023. Rooms must be canceled at least three (3) days prior to arrival date to avoid a one-night’s room and tax charge. No matter when received, all cancellations will be charged a $40 US processing fee.
