Understand Your Registration

It is time to register for an international conference. All three conferences offer a different atmosphere and exciting choices for professional growth. Full conference registration or one-day registration is available. Look closely at your options. You will also find a combination registration for each location. This option includes your registration for the full conference and two meals. If you choose a combination registration option, you will not need to sign up for those two meals as they are included in the combination price. Meals included in the combination registration are dependent upon the conference location.

Every effort was made to keep the meal prices affordable. Keep in mind that when pricing a meal, the facility has required fees. Although a bit different in Europe, sales tax and a 22-24% service fee are added. This is referred to as “price ++” and must be considered when determining food and beverage (F&B) prices for ticketed events. Remember that purchasing conference meals helps us to meet our contracted Food and Beverage (F&B) commitment. If the F&B or lodging room block is not met, a penalty must be paid by the Society.
